Vintage Arts & Crafts Style Dresser Scarf Linen Embroidered Ochre Yellow Roses Antimacassar

This dresser scarf, antimacassar or maybe a shelf scarf is decorated with an Arts & Crafts style embroidery of golden yellow stylized roses. Even thought this is not a true Mackintosh style rose embroidery, I think this would fit nicely into a Mission or Arts and Crafts style decor. This scarf is flat along one side which makes me think it could be for a narrow piece of furniture or perhaps a shelf. Maybe it was even used for the back of a couch? As to the exact date, I believe this is 1930s however, it could be earlier and as late as the 50s.

This is in very good condition. The only issue is some yellowing on a portion of the reverse side which I feel will come out with a spot cleaning. It doesn't show on the front. I didn't notice it when I was laundering, or I would have treated that area. I have hand laundered, hang to dry and ironed, to freshen it up.
