IF SUBMITTING YOUR OWN ART, there is a $25 custom art fee. This is a one-time charge. If ordering other products with the same artwork you will not have to pay the art fee again, only one time, and the art will remain on file if you ever need it again in the future. AFTER YOU ORDER:
1. A black & white proof will be sent to you via Etsy messaging within 3 business days.
2. Once approved, we will create your product.
3. Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number.

CUSTOMER APPROVAL: Unlimited proofs. Proof will be sent within three business days (Monday – Friday) of your order, or indication of change needed. We will not begin printing process until we have the customer’s approval. Make certain you are being thorough before giving your approval, as we do not offer refunds on custom orders. If you need a replacement order because of your error it will be at your expense, not ours. Once we have the customer’s approval, it will take up to 5-7 business days to complete your order. If you need the product rushed through production faster, please specify a due date or it will be completed per our usual processing time. Rush orders will incur additional fees, please ask us first as all rushes are different depending on the product, quantity and location where it will be shipped.

REGARDING COLORS: Please note, all computer screens/monitors are calibrated differently. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the color on your screen will match the actual color.

Over / Under Run
An accidental over or under run of 5% will constitute a complete order. Every attempt will be made to minimize these amounts.

POLICIES & SHIPPING

Please turn on your Etsy notifications so you will be alerted when a proof is sent. If you do not reply with approval or edits on your proof within a timely manner your order could be delayed or we will print it without proof approval. We will not be held responsible for errors or delays if you neglect to reply to our messages.

**REPEAT: If you we try to contact you numerous times and you do not reply we will print without proof approval. We accept no responsibility if you do not like the design.

PAYMENT - All major credit cards accepted through either Etsy’s Direct Checkout or PayPal (you don’t need a PayPal account). Payment is due at time of purchase.

SHIPPING – The production of orders generally takes between 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday) after proof approval. Shipping may take up to 5 business days. Please let us know when you would like to receive your order, so as not to miss any important deadlines.

We deliver via FedEx or UPS Ground, depending on the printer used to ship our designs. If you are in Puerto Rico or Hawaii you need to select 2-Day freight. No international orders accepted.

Rush orders are available. It may be necessary to place a Rush Charge for production and/or shipping. Rush charges are based on several factors that will be determined by the shop. If you do not notify us that your event is coming soon when placing your order, we will continue our normal production cycle. We will not be held liable for orders arriving after your event if you do not provide advance notice.

If you need to change your address on the order AFTER it has been sent to production the printer will charge us $5 to make this change. Please check your shipping address to make sure it is entered correctly. The address change fee of $5 will be paid by you if the error is yours. We will mark your order as shipped in the Etsy system and a tracking number will be provided.

We cannot be held liable for any package(s) that are stolen, lost, or delayed in transit or after delivery to the address you have given us. Also, we cannot control the weather. If your shipment was expected to arrive by the due date yet is delayed because of a weather issue or some unforeseen issue on the shipper's end, we will not be held responsible.

Please notify us within 48 hours delivery of any damages, shortages, or issues with this shipment. After 48 hours of delivery we cannot guarantee a resolution of any problems. Best to contact us as soon as you receive the box or if the promised delivery date has passed and you have not received your order.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We will not be able to accept any returns on custom orders. Please double-check your proof and order details thoroughly.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please report it to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please keep the damaged items in the original packaging. On orders damaged in transit from our warehouse to you, our customer service department will file your claim with the carrier for you, but only if the damaged merchandise is in its original packaging. A photo of the damage will be required. We will send you a replacement package once your claim has been successfully processed.

All prices are subject to change at any time as our suppliers will occasionally change pricing on us. For guaranteed pricing, once you have paid for the order the price is locked in and will not change.
