A family tree represented with a single rose! The largest rose represents Mom. Each leaf attached to the stem represents each child. Any married children are instead represented by a bud. Any children from that married child are represented by leaves attached to that bud. This way, the whole family is represented with Mom at the top.
Each child's name is written in calligraphy on the leaves and buds. Husbands names are written underneath (or leading up to) the buds.
You can change the "Mom" or if you want a different name.
For more complicated families, I used a vase to represent them. The main Grandma will be the biggest rose. The smaller roses represent each of her kids which in turn have an entire family of their own.

I’m over the moon happy with the portrait of our dog Riley. It was a birthday gift for my husband and he was blown away by it. Brinley captured Riley perfectly, even catching the slight tinge of red in the white of Riley’s eye (he’s getting to be an old boy). The use of wood adds an organicness to the piece that really appeals to us.
