Immaculately detailed, our raven skull necklace captures all the intricacies of nature's original. Beautifully proportioned and a great size for both men and women, the skull looks great from every angle and hangs just right. The skull has a great flow and sleekness to it, with an exacting level of detail befitting this smart little bird.

The raven skull was completely hand carved, cast in white bronze and thickly silver plated. It was then oxidized to give it a great aged look and also to bring out all the details in the skull beautifully. As dark as the night is long.

The raven skull measures just over 1" from the back of skull to the tip of the beak, and about 1/2" at its widest point.

The skull comes on your choice of chain or leather - all leather necklaces are adjustable and come with our signature Lost Apostle clasp (shown in the last photo).

The bail (that's the semi-circular hoop on the back of the skull) is incorporated smoothly into the design and the whole piece hangs off a generous jump ring that gives the skull a life of its own all over again. It's quickly becoming a favorite this raven skull, and if you have a look in our shop here you'll find the matching earrings and bracelet.

The raven is the symbol of magic and is often considered a bit of a trickster, revered and respected in equal measure in Native American culture as a messenger from the cosmos and creature of metamorphosis. Powerful stuff indeed.
