I sculpted and molded the original bas relief, and produced relief castings that accept paint well.

I also hand make the wooden frames.

Hanging wire is in the recessed area on the back, ready to hang flat on your wall

Dimensions: 9 x 12 x 3/4 inches

The engine is a saddle tanker steam locomotive, pulling an open excursion car over a wooden trestle bridge.

The lady in the red hat is a member of the Red Hat Society.

The hobo is relaxing in the shade, under the bridge.

I have a lot of fun making these, and I hope you'll be interested in buying one.

O scale is often called "the King".
If you know a model railroader, and you're looking for a gift, this original, painted bas relief has some special features.
This is an O scale narrow gauge model train, complete with O scale people.
This bas relief doesn't take up the space that an O scale model railroad layout does,
and it almost never needs dusting!
And, a curious child interested in trains is not likely to accidentally break this, because it's on the wall.

As a bas relief, this has a look and feel of an O scale model train.
