I do make custom and personalized wall art and printables on request - please contact me if this is of interest to you. I offer free customization on all my listings. How do I get my purchases?

You are purchasing a digital file and no physical item will be shipped/mailed by purchasing the products. After your purchase is made, you will automatically be redirected to the download page. Etsy will let you know that your order is ready to download (you will receive an email from Etsy). You can also access your printable files under “Purchases” in your Etsy Account at any time.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of the products - (digital downloads) I do not offer refunds. Orders are final, if your order does not meet your expectations, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right.

Where to print digital printables?

You can print at home or at a local print shop. Also you can upload the file online to a printing service such as Staples, Snapfish, Vistaprint, Costco, Shutterfly, Walgreens, Officeworks (Australia)) or Walmart and have them delivered to your door! Unlimited amount of copies can be made for your personal use. What Paper Should I Use? Always go for the best paper you can afford within your budget. We recommend to go with heavier, thicker paper or cardstock for the best results.

Do you offer printed wall art or only digital downloads?

Yes, I offer both. Listings marked “Printed & Shipped” are physical prints that are professionally printed and mailed to your address. Other listings are digital downloads, where you receive high-resolution files to print yourself or through a local/online print shop.

Can I request a different size for the artwork?

Yes! I’m happy to resize any wall art to suit your frame or space — just send me a message with the size you need, and I’ll send you the adjusted file at no extra charge.
