Stephannie Beman's Shop accepts most custom orders and personalization and large gift packages. Custom orders are not returnable/exchangeable. Please email for a quote.

Yes! Most items are gift wrapped and I can add a complimentary gift note and ship your order directly to your gift recipient within the USA. Please make sure the recipient's address is correct. Address mistakes and reshipping are charged to the customer.

If you would like me to include a complimentary gift note, please add that to the notes section at check out. Keep the message short as long messages are not possible.

I do not include invoices as some are gifts. Your online receipt is available on Etsy under the "YOU" icon, "PURCHASES & REVIEWS." You may request a printed receipt at checkout in the message box.

* DIGITAL items are delivered instantly.

* READY-TO-SHIP and VINTAGE items are shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

* CUSTOM / PERSONALIZED items, depending on the size and complexity of the order, may take several days to weeks depending on what supplies I have on hand or have to order from suppliers. Due to COVID-19 this can take time. All orders ship within 3-5 business days after completion.

*Orders with SEVERAL ITEMS will be sent together. Orders with a custom or personalized item will be shipped when all items are ready, UNLESS you email me asking me to ship items separately as they are ready.

FOR ETSY ACCOUNTS: To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

FOR GUESTS: If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

If you really don't like what you've received in the mail, you are welcome to send back your order, but you are responsible for return shipping costs and packing items securely & safely for its return trip. The piece must be wrapped exactly as they came to ensure no breakages happen on the return, otherwise you will be responsible for the loss in value.

Your item must be returned in the original packaging & shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery before any refund. If the item is not returned within 30 days of delivery, I can’t give you a refund.

I DO NOT offer refunds on items that have been used, customized, personalized, items on sell, digital downloads, or craft supplies.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact me ASAP via Etsy conversation. I will need a photo of the item before sending you a new product or one of similar value that you choose from my in-stock items.

I can't. Most items in my shop are one of a kind items and can't be replaced. Please make sure that I’m shipping your order to a secure location.

If you fear your package is lost, please contact USPS as I'm unable to open any USPS cases for you, that is the buyers responsibly.

**Please be aware that I don't consider a package 'lost' in the mail until it has been a full 15 days from the date of shipping. Normally this time is much shorter, but due to the large shipping delays because of COVID-19, I have had to extend this time frame.**

ACCORDING TO ETSY'S HELP CENTER: Etsy screens and reviews all Etsy Payments orders to ensure that the order is legitimate. Some transactions are reviewed faster than others, which is why you only receive an email for certain orders. Our review process protects you and other buyers and sellers on Etsy from possible fraud.

Most orders are processed within 72 hours, although some orders may take longer. You and the seller will receive a separate confirmation email when the review is complete.
