"North Country Sock" is soft and springy but has the added sturdiness of nylon. It will make great socks that are comfortable but hold up to wear and tear. Its name is derived from the "North Country" of the Adirondack Mountains in Upstate New York, where warm but sturdy accessories for hiking and outdoor activities are a must. This yarn would also be suitable for shawls, sweaters or other garments that call for a fingering weight yarn. One skein should be enough for a pair of socks, but be sure to check your pattern's requirements.

Colorway: Lapis Lazuli is a semi-solid deep blue with shades of lighter blue and flecks of red.

I do my best to represent colors accurately, but they may vary slightly when viewed on different monitors.
