This is an absolutely gorgeous, durable piece of crockery from France painted and glazed a brilliant Cerise Red. This piece is in excellent condition, without any chips, cracks or crazing. There are a couple of small brown spots under the glaze near the handle. The first picture depicts the one near the top right of the handle and the other one is shown in the second picture, near the bottom left. The measurements are 7 1/2"H x 6"W to the end of the handle, and 3 3/4"D at the mouth, weighing in at just over 1 1/2 pounds.
