This is an unusual piece of Wexford glassware from Anchor Hocking. It is a small bucket that has a gold ring and pivoting handle. I have been unable to determine what the name of this piece is, but I would imagine it is a piece of barware, possibly for holding stirrers or bar tools, or even olives. It is in excellent condition with no damage to the glass or gold metal. It measures 3 3/4" high (5 3/4" including raised handle) x 3 1/4" in top diameter.
