About the moss pole:
The poles are made with high quality New Zealand sphagnum moss wrapped around a wooden stake, and secured with a clear thread. They have a simple and sleek appearance.

Moss poles are used to mimic climbing plants natural environments. Plant such as monstera deliciosa, monstera adansonii, rhaphidophora tetrasperma, pothos, philodendron, etc... The aerial roots of the plant will attach to the pole and climb upward. Usually the plant will grow larger leaves and monsteras will get more fenestrations.

**The moss poles will typically have a neater appearance than what’s shown in photos, as those were the first ones I completed!**

Sizes:
All pole sizes are approximately 2 inches wide.

•12 inch pole - approximately 9 inches is covered in moss.
•18 inch pole - approximately 14 inches is covered in moss.
•24 inch pole - approximately 20 inches is covered in moss.
•36 inch pole - approximately 30 inches is covered in moss.

Care & Tips:
Make sure to mist your moss pole frequently to encourage root growth into the moss! The moss does not need to constantly be wet. However, when the moss is dry, the roots are less likely to attach. You can use garden tie, twine, etc to help secure the plant/nodes to the pole. ***I do not provide any plant ties.***

I recommend staking the moss pole while repotting the plant to avoid damaging the roots.

Shipping:
Your moss pole will “shed” small pieces of moss during transit. I wrap the moss poles to try to reduce this.

If you order moss poles with other items, your order will ship in 2 separate packages.

I currently do not have an option for international shipping to all countries. However, if you are interested please send me a message and I can give you a quote. International shipping will not be available for plants!
