Vintage Cookbooks by Peg Bracken 1960 I Hate To Cook Book & 1967 Appendix To The I Hate To Cook Book . Peg Bracken is painfully funny in both these books in which both are loaded with tasty and fun loving recipes. Neither of the books have writing or underlining or highlighting.

The hardback cookbook is in fair vintage condition. It does show wear and it does have water stains on some of the pages. The pages have tanning. It has 176 pages including index. It measures 8" x 5 1/2". The intro starts " Some women. it is said, like to cook...This book is not for them.."

The paperback cookbook is in fair condition. The book edges are slightly worn with a small tear on the back cover. It also has yellowing and a water stain on the bottom of the very first few pages. Measures 6/9" x 4.2" and has 160 pages.

Some of the titles include:
"Alone, Cooking If (Eating with Your Shoes Off)"
"Dinner, Couldn't We Take Them Out to? (But Sometimes You Can't)"
"Picnic, Going on a (What Ever Happened to Potato Salad?)"

The cook books will come tissue wrapped! Thanks for looking!
