This is a great looking original architectural drawing done by W.J. Ellison in 1921 while he was attending Columbia School of Drafting. It is all hand drawn and printed in great detail.

This drawing is on card stock and it would be great for framing. It has never been folded. There is some wear on the corners and it has some small pin holes in the upper corners which look like it was pinned to a wall. It would be a nice addition to your paper ephemera collection.

In the last picture you will see a scan of William’s obituary to give you very some interesting background information about him.

It measures 18 inches by 12 inches.
