If you're a fan of rustic and primitive decor pieces, you will love this antique French bottle we found in a flea market on the port of Marseille. As far as we can tell, the metals from which the bottle is made include copper and pewter. From the look of it, it seems made by a local craftsmen, self-taught or having learned through the family trade. What was it made for? We took off the cork stopper and took a sniff. The inside has an odor of cooking oil.

We love the sculptural appeal of this. It is 13 inches or 33 cm high, 10 inches or 26 cm wide, and about 5.3 inches or 13.5 cm thick. This will be sent to to you with the inside washed of the oil odor.
