Return & Refund Policy We accept returns for non-personalized or non-custom items within 15 days of the delivery date. Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Return Shipping If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For returns due to other reasons, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.

What happens if my package is delayed, lost, or does not arrive?

All orders are shipped through USPS or other carriers, and delivery times are outside our control once shipped. If a package is lost in transit, eligible orders may qualify for a refund through Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program. Because our items are handmade and personalized, production takes time, especially during busy seasons like Communions, Baptisms, and Weddings. We strongly recommend ordering early, particularly for large or time-sensitive orders. I really love the pins she did an awesome job but some of the writing on the ribbons are hard to read. Wish there was other options in writing scripts other than that I love the pins..
