We ship most small items in bubble mailers through USPS First Class Mail. We may take approximately 1-2 weeks maximum to process your order, but usually orders are processed within just a few days. After that, your package may take 3-5 business days to arrive in the US, or 7-21 days internationally. We can not guarantee international shipping times. Some very small and flat items may be shipped in letter envelopes. Larger items are sent through the USPS in boxes. Pre-order purchases may take over a month or a few months to be processed, depending on the item.

If you think you should have received your package by now, please contact me through Etsy messages. I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail; however, I will be happy to let you know the status of your order and file a lost mail report with the USPS for you.

Items that are small and flat, such as joy-con caps or stickers, may be sent in a letter envelope if applicable for your region. I mainly send letter envelopes by USPS First Class Mail to the US. You will not receive a tracking number for these orders.

Items that are unbendable or dimensional, such as pins, acrylic charms, and washi tape will be sent in a bubble mailer, which you will receive tracking for.
