I always obtain proof of postage with all items priced over £20 and am always grateful when customers let me know when their special delivery arrives.

I like to use recycled and repurposed packaging/ boxes when sending items out by post, but the item will be gift wrapped inside.

Sterling Silver.
I purchase all my sterling silver sheet and wire for my designs from reputable UK wholesalers.
Hallmarked Silver.
My items are not hallmarked as they weigh under 7.78g which is the threshold for hallmarking.
If it weighs more than this, then I will state on the individual listing details.
I have a private makers mark and am registered with the London Assay Office, so If you would like a particular piece hallmarked please contact me for details.

Cleaning
I recommend using a simple silver polishing cloth for both silver and copper.

(Copper is beautiful rose tone when polished but it may not always stay that way! It may darken in colour and can turn your skin a little green....! everyone's body chemistry is different. thankfully, the colour is not harmful to your skin, just give it a regular polish with brass, or simply lemon and salt mixed together and apply to the piece, wash and dry).


The finish on darkened/oxidised pieces, pearls and beads may be damaged if exposed to household chemicals, perfumes, hairsprays, nail varnish removers etc.

***recycled plastic sealed bags are not the most glamorous of jewellery box accessories but they sure do keep you silver and copper items from tarnishing so quickly, I really recommend storing them in these.

I do try to post items that I have in stock within 2 working days of receiving an order.
'Made to order' items will have upto a 4 week time frame to allow me time make, But I will keep you posted with progress and a estimated dispatch time, this all on other commisions and orders so please bare this in mind when placing an order.
