This is a lovely vintage 1950's "Gold Framed Porcelain Portrait Cameo Brooch Pendant". The color combinations in this lovely portrait are spectacular.

This particular portrait [Nanette Kaula] was painted in 1829, the German Artist was Joseph Karl Stieler.

The ornate brassy gold tone metal frame has been done in a Victorian style scroll work design. There is a secure pin back to wear as a brooch. And a loop to hang on a chain and wear as a wonderful necklace.

The porcelain cameo portrait is quite lovely. Her off the should emerald green gown looks fabulous against the light green background of the pin. The detail is quite magnificent. I love the gold tassel brooch on her gown and the matching gold ribbons in her hair.

The portrait transfer is in excellent condition. No discoloration or fading. This lovely brooch is in EXCELLENT vintage condition.
