On the other side of the mantle, they look great together. Love the lilac notes. Just right. Takes me back to Ft. Fisher, NC.

Mary shipped the canopy print very quickly and packaged it very very well. The print is gorgeous and very high quality. Can't wait to frame it and hang it up in my house!

Painting arrived today. Box was cracked open & I was fearful of damage to contents. But no harm, no foul. The painting is absolutely gorgeous. My brother will be so pleased when he receives it. If you've ever received photos of creative framing done to your work I'd appreciate seeing one. I was thinking tobacco sticks. Catherine

I've long admired Mary Ellen Golden's work & her paintings of these old tobacco barns have been calling out to me for several yrs. now. They take me back to my very happy childhood when I spent my summers on my family's farm. It's sad that so many of them have disappeared due to progress. So, I decided to give these to myself for Christmas this yr.! :) They arrived quickly, were well packaged, & exactly as pictured. Her work is full of feeling & character. I would definitely buy from her again in the future.
