A gift wrapping service is available for an additional £3. Exact wrapping and ribbon may not always be the same as the listing photo due to paper availability, but it will be seasonal and gender neutral. If you wish to have your item gift wrapped, please select this at checkout.

You may also mark your item as a "gift" which will mean:

- No pricing is included in the package
- You can leave a gift message for me to write on the tag if required. If not, there is space on the tag for you to write yourself instead

We most certainly take custom and personalised orders!

If there is something you would like to order that you cannot see in the shop, then you can request a custom order via:

2. Sending a direct message via Etsy with your request

All custom orders will be discussed and priced accordingly.

DIY kits and premade rainbows:
Extra large- 10", 7 rows
Large- 8", 5 rows
Medium- 6", 4 rows
Small- 4", 3 rows

Kids DIY kits:
5", 3 rows

Please note that all sizes are estimates and the actual size of your rainbow will depend on:
- How tightly you wrap your yarn
- How much you trim from your tassels
- How you bend your rainbow into shape
- How tightly you sew your rainbow together

Dispatch
All DIY kits will be dispatched within 1-3 working days

Delivery- UK
We offer free UK delivery via Royal Mail 1st Class post.

This ordinarily takes 1-2 days for delivery once dispatched.

Delivery- US and rest of Europe
Your item will be sent via Royal Mail Standard International. This ordinarily takes 3-5 days for delivery once dispatched.
