My sister and I both had one of these crossover back sunfrocks like this one in the 70s.

I have made this sundress from a re-purposed, thrifted baby sheet, with the cutest cartoon kids in gentle pink, green and white. I used a vibrant green polka dot remnant for the back. The inside is lined with another re-purposed sheet, this time in white cotton, and there are thrifted salmon pink buttons at the front. The dress is topstitched with a pretty variegated thread.

Matching bloomers will soon be in stock, so keep checking back http://www.etsy.com/shop/bananaorangeapple?ref=si_shop

Size: Australian 2, will fit a child weighing 12 - 13.5kg. Size is adjustable, just move the buttons. As she grows, it will become a top so it should last for several years.

Handmade in Australia by me in my smoke free home in the country. The re-purposed sheet was washed, dried and ironed before use. Pattern from "Bettsy Kingston" - highly recommended.

Baby sundress pink and green upcycled fabric ecofriendly baby dress size 2, handmade
