This is a nice set of Japanese glass fishing floats. They are authentic, vintage floats that have actually been used, or were "working" floats. They will have various signs of use, but there are no cracks or any damage to any of the floats. They are made from recycled glass & all are at least 40 years old! All are various shades of green or teal blue. Here's what you get........

♥ 3.5" hand blown float ~ lots of bubbles, used for salmon gillnet fishing

♥ 4" hand blown float ~ lots of bubbles

♥ 3.3" hand blown float ~ original multi-colored net, kawaguchi marks on seal button, used for salmon gillnet fishing

♥ 2.7" hand blown float ~ kawaguchi marks on seal button

♥ 2.3" hand blown float ~ commonly used for octopus fishing

♥ Hokkaido Roller ~ 4.75" long, used for octopus fishing

♥Tohoku Roller ~ 6" long, used for shark fishing

Glass fishing floats are ideal for home/beach/cottage/nautical decor. They look great in yards, flower beds & koi ponds. They also make unique recycled gifts. The possibilities are endless!

All of the floats I sell were once used for fishing, or considered working floats. I don't sell fakes, reproductions, colored contemporaries, or those meant for the gift trade.

NEW SHIPPING POLICY: Due to the increase in international shipping charges, I will gladly send any boxes under 4 pounds via first-class mail. It is much less expensive, but will take quite a bit longer to receive. If you would like your floats sent this way, please message me or make a note when you make your purchase. I will refund the difference in shipping charges.

For example, I just sent a single 3" float to the UK. Priority was $28. First-class mail was just under $10. I sent a 3" float to Australia for $13.00.
