I personally believe it is incredibly important to encourage these children (cis gender or trans boys) to discover a love for story and to read for fun so that when there is knowledge they wish to access books will be one of many options.

I heard about Robert Liu-Trujillo’s work and was so excited to be able to purchase his books and support him directly here on Etsy. My kids and I are bilingual so we try to read 90% of the time in Spanish, so I was so pumped that these books are bilingual. I also love that these books filled with Robert’s beautiful art tell stories that reflect the real life of kids growing up in multicultural families in the U.S. and reflect loving, affirming family relationships. 💜💜💜
