If your parcel arrives damaged or appears opened, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and contents. Orders may be opened by customs authorities for inspection and are usually resealed and marked accordingly. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we are happy to arrange re-shipment once the parcel has been received back. Additional shipping fees will apply for re-dispatch.
