Pocket fold invites are the classic way to hold the event information for your guests. This set is a GORGEOUS Vegas poker theme.

This set features shimmery black pocket folds, inner invitations, postcard style RSVP cards (your address printed on the flip side), one additional enclosure card of your choice (map, directions, accommodations, reception, additional details, wedding website, etc), and matching outer envelopes.

FINAL PRICING PER SET:
• $5.00 per unassembled set (set includes pocket fold outer, inner invitation, two card shaped enclosures printed on both sides, a round outer tag, and matching envelopes)
• Order in sets of 5 invitations

Assembly FEE:
You may opt to pay for the sets to be fully assembled for an additional $1.00 each. This includes invite assembly, attaching the outer tag and putting all enclosures in place. You will need to put in cards or envelopes that need stamps and also put the sets in their mailing envelopes.

Place your order now, or convo me requesting the number of sets (in multiples of 5) that you would like to purchase. I will then create a custom listing for you in my shop. No design work will begin until your order has been placed.

After purchasing, please CONVO me all of your information, and your color and design thoughts. And a description of your wedding. I will send proofs until the order is perfect. Once your proof is to your satisfaction I require an “OK TO PRINT” via CONVO.

Your order is not considered "active" until it has been paid for. PLEASE keep in mind that lead times begin upon purchase NOT when we are just consulting. For your planning purposes...
If orders need to be shipped out in less than the standard 6-8 weeks from the payment date they require an expedite fee to cover the extra hours/staff needed.

For your convenience, there are three options for expedition that will guarantee quicker delivery of most orders. Some orders cannot be expedited due to availability of specialty papers.
PLEASE NOTE: there are higher expedite fees for invitations because we generally incur expedite fees from our suppliers.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

Shipping and assembly fees are not refundable and will be deducted from any refunds given.

In the unlikely event that an order contains a typo that is the fault of Woodlark Designs and there is enough time to replace the order with the exact corrected product, then we will do so and NO refund will be given. No exceptions.

In the event that there is not enough time to replace the item before the wedding/event date - the client will receive a refund upon the return of ALL of the unused and undamaged item(s) within 7 business days. All returns MUST include the original outer packaging in the return. Returns received without all of the original packaging will forfeit to a 50% refund. Due to fraud by unscrupulous Etsy clients in the past... ALL items MUST be returned and counted to receive a refund. Original packaging MUST be included in the return so that claims can be filed against the shipper in the event that the package was damaged in transit.

If there is a typo that is not corrected by the client during the proofing process, then NO REFUND will be given. If there is time to replace the product, then Woodlark designs will do so at 50% of the original price (as long as the order does not require special-order replacement materials). Assembly charges cannot be discounted but will be charged in full for the replacement order. Shipping will be the client's responsibility.

Digital files are not refundable. Custom drawn designs are not refundable. Custom drawn holiday cards are not refundable.

SPECIAL ORDER RIBBONS AND CARD STOCKS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Please note: Ink, paper, and ribbon colors may not be exactly as they appear on your screen. Please be advised the colors you view may not be the same as what I view on my monitor.

FOR SPECIAL ORDERED ENVELOPES & PAPERS:
The colors that come standard with the sets match perfectly. If a client chooses to purchase custom colors I cannot promise the ink will match the custom papers (such as navy blue pocket folders/envelopes/papers may not perfectly match my printed blue ink, red pocket folders/envelopes/papers may not match my printed red ink. Etc. This is not something I can control. Also, the different shimmery papers look different in different lighting depending on the tone of the light (daylight, warm lighting, etc.) as they reflect the lighting tone, my ink does not reflect lighting. If the custom colors are not what you expected, you will not get a refund, however, I can print new ones at the cost of the replacement paper stock (envelopes, paper, cardstock, tags).
