Are your items natural, lab or man-made created?

Our company proudly sells only 100% natural gemstones and natural minerals specimens, No synthetics, No imitations, and No lab or man-made anything! Each item we sell has been examined by an in house GIA Graduate Gemologist and graduate Geologist. Our items come with a Certificate of Authenticity from our company (see item description), we offer some items with GIA Certificate as well. We also provide on request in case gemstone is not yet Certified, Certificates from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) additional time and charges applied, please contact us for more information.

Do you provide custom jewelry orders?

It is better for you to work together with your local goldsmith or silversmith to make sure your design ideas are being followed, for that reason we do not provide custom jewelry order.

We do not size rings. Check with your local goldsmith or silversmith, they probably can help you with your request.

How is my item packed?

We take great care while packing your special item. All jewelry is sent on jewelry boxes, gemstones are sent on gemstone boxes. All our items are double boxed to provide extra security while in transit to you! We proudly used recycling materials like biodegradable packing peanuts, corrugated cardboard boxes or envelopes that can be recycle or reused. Fragile labels are used for heavy and large boxes.

Does MineralMiners.com sell wholesale?

Do you offer Gift Wrapping of Special Messages?

Do you ship to Germany?

Yes, our company is fully complied and approved to ship items to all Europe Countries that are part of the new Packaging Act (VerpackG).

What form of payment do you take?

You can pay by credit card Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Debit or PayPal through Esty. We also accept payments on our direct website www.mineralminers.com by Bank wire transfer to our GMM, Inc. bank account and Bank to Bank checks.

I live outside the USA, how long to receive my item from your shop?

The USA mail system is doing its best after covid to return to normal mail delivery times, but International mail delivery times has been impacted the most. Typically, Priority Mail International shipments take 10+ business days for delivery, while Standard First Class International shipments take anywhere from 1-5 weeks. This is, of course, in addition to any extra customs processing times in the country of origin and destination. Even USPS Express and UPS Express are no longer guaranteeing delivery times.
