In an age where it is difficult to keep up with changing technologies--even from month to month--this circa 1950s-Early 1960s Dial-A-Matic Adding Machine made by Sterling in the US is sure to get a smile!

This stylus operated adding machine was probably high tech at the time. It comes in its original box. The left end of the box is opened and has no flap closure.

The machine itself is in excellent condition and is marked Sterline 567 on the back.

The box measures approximately 9 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches looks great too (except for the one missing flap and a little wear on the edges).

The plastic pick/stylus (something along the line of a toothpick or plastic non-writing pen) that one uses to turn the adding wheels is no where to be found.

This is a really nice retro find!
