This item is intended for LDS/Mormon recipients.

This is an 18" silver-plated chain necklace with a rectangular pendant showing a picture of a forget-me-not flower. The picture has been sealed with epoxy resin, giving it a beautiful glossy, waterproof finish. The necklace comes attached to a keepsake card reminding the recipient of the five things we should "forget not" as suggested by President Dieter F. Uchtdorf at the September 2011 Relief Society Broadcast: to be patient with ourselves, to remember the difference between good and foolish sacrifices, to be happy now, to keep in mind the "why" of the gospel, and to know that the Lord loves each of us.

I loved President Uchtdorf's address at the Relief Society Broadcast, and wanted to make jewelry to go along with his imagery of the forget-me-not flower. He is really a masterful speaker, and I really wanted to help myself remember the invigorating message he gave at the meeting. I know that I wasn't the only one inspired by the "Forget Not..." address, so this would be a perfect gift for any Relief Society sister (adult female member of the Church).
