I love this pattern! Simple and easy to follow—I whipped one up in a single evening. Before purchasing, I messaged Jess about fabric recommendations, and she was very quick to respond. Because I ended up using a light quilting cotton, I had to add darts to achieve the fit I wanted, but the pattern is easy to hack so it was no problem. I am so excited to make this top again! The only reason I might give the pattern 4.5 stars is that there is no actual pattern for cutting the neckline. You’re instructed on how to draw it freehand. I used the neckline of a sundress for a pattern, but this may cause a little extra stress for beginning sewists. If you have a sundress or cami to use as a neckline pattern, you should be fine! I highly recommend this pattern because it’s simple, easy to hack, and super cute!

I'm a beginner sewer and I loved this pattern! I really enjoyed not cutting out a pattern and instead working straight on the fabric. The pictures accompanying the instructions were especially helpful! This was a fun introduction to tops and using a fabric pencil. I'm pleased with how my tank came out and would definitely use this pattern again.

A simple tutorial perfect for beginners like me. This isn't a pattern but a set if instructions using particular measurements for a size xs/sm/medium one piece no darts linen corset lacing halter top. The instructions are simple to follow and can be hand sewn (those instructions aren't given. I, m hand sewing mine) I had been looking everywhere for this exact style of halter top as a tutorial or pattern to go with children's version I had that's similar in style. The halter would look gorgeous hand painted or beaded. I am currently working on beaded patches to decorate mine.
