This gnarled piece of grapevine fashioned into a corkscrew and feels absolutely great in the hand. It fits beautifully and will make you feel confident that you could pull out the most stubborn cork.

A vintage French 'Tire Bouchon' as they are called, . The actual corkscrew is fixed in by a copper rivet. On the shaft is written Bernard SIRET St Galais FRANCE
It measures 17cms/6.75inches across the vine and the shaft is 12cms/4.75inches
Gold metal label which is more unusual is rubbed but intact and says "SOULAC-sur-MER

A traditional quality French Bistro item. Would make a super gift for a Wine lover or Francophile alike
Thankyou for taking the time to look
