Materials Required:
Yarn - Bucilla Nubby-Knit, 9 skeins
Circular knitting needles, US No. 4
Steel crochet hook, size 1
4 glass buttons, ¾ inch diameter
3 snap fasteners
28 inches elastic, ½ inch wide

13 stitches = 2 inches.
9 rows = 1 inch.

Discontinued yarn info: Bucilla Nubby-Knit yarn was a cotton/rayon blend yarn. It was sold in 255 yard skeins in the 1930's.
