SCRUBBY SOAP

On February 27, 2023, I started a project that has been my goal for several years: Re-doing an antique buffet bought years ago at an estate sale. I worked lots of hours at a demanding job. So…the time wasn’t right. Then, I retired and the project came into focus. So at the end of February this year, I dove in. I wiped the piece down with White Lightning, sanded a bit, removed hardware and started my task. I used Mud to repair a foot on the piece and fill in cracks. I was set! I didn’t know that tannins from old wood could seep in without a good coat of Boss. When the dark tannin streaks appeared, I ordered the Boss from Christy and it came lightning fast so that there was little downtime. Then I needed more Sun-Kissed and she got it to me so quickly that It got here by the time the Boss coat was dry! Happy customer here!❤️
