Pick any of the following habanero blend sauces in a 10oz bottle:
I Can't Feel My Face
Can We Still Be Friends
Sweet Daddy
Take It Like a Man

"I Can’t Feel My Face"
There are almost 2 pounds of habaneros in every gallon of this sauce with just enough vinegar to make it a liquid. The lemon juice and orange peel bring out the fruitiness of the pepper adding a faint citrus flavor to any dish along with a tremendous amount of heat. Use sparingly if you aren’t familiar with these peppers. This sauce can be added to heat up salsas and dips or toss a teaspoon in with your marinades to give them a nice kick. 9/10 on a heat scale

"Can We Still Be Friends?"
It’s hard to say whether the cayenne, habanero, or roasted garlic make this sauce so deliciously hot. Either way, they all work together to provide a heat with a mild enough flavor to liven up pretty much any recipe without compromising the original flavor of your dish. While this sauce can stand on its own, it is best used to bring heat to a dish that is already seasoned or sauced, for instance wings, stews, or tacos. This Sriracha style sauce is great to have on hand for guests who always want food to be hotter. 8/10 on a heat scale

"Sweet Daddy"
If you can get past the heat of the chocolate habanero (named for its color), this sauce has an unbelievable sweetness. With a combination of fruit and citrus, this Sweet Daddy is great for anything you want to brighten, especially seafood. 8/10 on a heat scale
(only available during the winter holidays)

"Take It Like a Man"
Once the heat of the habanero has deadened your tongue, you can taste the sweetness of the apricot and the tanginess of the mustard as they blend together to make a seriously hot sauce. You can use this as a dip on its own, try mixing it with sour cream or cream cheese for a killer spread, or blend it into some bbq sauce like Sweet Baby Ray's for a Carolina style hot wing. This is a great sauce to keep by the grill as it works well with any meat or even grilled potatoes.

Each additional bottle will be $6 plus extra $2 shipping.

Devil in the Details:
While there are no artificial ingredients or additives whatsoever, all sauces are shelf stable, but I suggest keeping them in the fridge to protect the flavor. The sauces are not only vegan* but gluten, soy, and peanut free (though I cannot guarantee that the kitchen does not contain traces of these allergens). The ingredient list is posted in the materials section. If you have any more specific questions, please feel free to convo me.
*“The Safe Word Is” contains Worcestershire sauce which has anchovies in it.

All hot sauces are made from organic farm fresh peppers in a sanitary environment. These aren’t something I just cooked up in my kitchen one day for my friends. Well, they are, but then I had to pay the state of KY much money to send a food inspector out to certify the kitchen I cook in (a commercial space provided by the university), myself (certified food service manager), and my process (tedious pepper pulping, constant fumigation, hot-fill bottling, and bleach cleaning). Rest assured that each bottle has been painstakingly prepared with the utmost care and concern towards quality and safety.
