➤ A practical yoga sequences for your home practice!

➤ This 3-part Vinyāsa Yoga Flow is designed to let go of the tension in your upper body and helps you to release tightness in your shoulders, chest and back. It opens your heart gently. All 3 parts end with Anahatasana (Sanskrit: Anāhatāsana = English: Melting Heart Pose), followed by a nourishing Child’s Pose.

➤ Including: stick-figures and pose names.
• Pose names are written in English and Sanskrit, sometimes only English.
• If the pose is more complex, I've added additional cues.

➤ How to use the “Inhale” and “Exhale” breathing instruction
• You get into a position with either an inhale or an exhale.
• Once you are in the yoga position, you can decide how many breaths you want to stay there.

✩ Part 1
• This sequence is both beginner friendly and serves as a warm up for the other sequences.
• If you're a beginner, practice part 1 until you feel comfortable here. Then you can add part 2 to your practice.

✩ Part 2
• If you can easily follow part 1
• Practice part 1 first to warm up your body!

• The final and more advanced sequence

I love keeping these printed series in my home for my own self-guided practice. I love having a way to be led through a series without needing to fire up my computer. The little stick figures are really cute while still being helpful. Having the breath reminders is awesome too.

I love those posters ! They have the details I need to follow the sequence in my own speed and ability (since I'm a beginner), breath information and variations for different level of practice ! It's like a music sheet but for yoga !

A great resource for my home yoga practice!! I needed a special size and Chiara was very accommodating and responsive. The minimalist drawings are well done and perfectly illustrative of each pose and the descriptions are helpful.
