- Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Then, you will be sent to an Etsy page where you can instantly download your files. A download link to the page will be sent to your email as well.
- Your files are always active for downloading-go to "Purchases and reviews" on your Etsy account (top right menu "You'', click on"Purchases and Reviews" and ''Downloads'')

Some of the digital image files delivered in .zip format, due to upload limits. You'll need a program to unzip your files, (it’s easy). There are many free, safe unzip programs like Winzip.

If you receive a damaged file, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.

No, You are not allowed to upload/sale our artworks on stock marketplaces or automated merchandise like Society6, Shutterstock, Redbubble, Casetify, Cafepress, Spoonflower, Zazzle etc, or other print on demand websites..
You can use POD services to handle the manufacturing/delivery, but you need to have your own shop to sell your physical printed products.

I don't accept custom orders for this moment until further notice, due to my current workload. But I love receiving requests for future illustration collections. Please feel free to suggest collections and don’t hesitate to write me an Etsy message. I would love to add it to my list for future designs.
