In case of a cancellation of an order, please, be aware that 12% won't be returned (PayPal commission, state taxes and administrative fees).

If you have not received the parcel within 4 weeks from the date of shipment:
1. Ask a family member or neighbor, maybe they have received the parcel instead of you.
2. Ask your local USPS office. Perhaps, the parcel arrived.
3. Let me know, if you didn't receive your parcel within 45 days from the date of shipment. I will fill in the claim about the loss.
4. If the parcel is lost, and this confirms a written response to the postal of Ukraine, I'll do a 100% refund or send you a new item.
5. In case, you have not taken away the package and it has been shipped back to me. I can ship the item again, in that case - you are responsible for the shipping costs. Or I can do a refund.

Please, be aware that I reserve the right to deduct a commission of 12% (PayPal commission, state taxes and administrative fees) out of the total price of an item.
