This is the first time anyone said it did not work. Not sure what kind of device you are using or what. I wish you would had not posted a one star review. I could had refunded your money back but you not ask about that. I work hard to make these happy birthday gifs. If its blank its something on your device not on my end. Its hurt that some people want to put bad vibes on shop with negative reviews. We could had work something out before you go giving me a bad review. I'm trying hard to make my shop successful. I even ask in my description of each product to please contact me first before giving a bad review but you didn't do that. I would had just given your money back even though you already downloaded the gifs. Its really sad that some people trying to ruin my shop and be negative. Just awful I tell you.
