Gorgeous monogrammed French fork and spoon set would make lovely serving pieces for sliced meat and vegetables. Most likely it was used as a personal fork and soup spoon. Each piece is very heavy and the ornate design and monogram is on the back.

Cailiar Bayard was a French silver plate maker in 4q. 19th C. in Paris and was absorbed by Christofle c. 1912.

Fork measures 8 3/8" long, spoon is 8 1/2" long. Fork is punched with Cailiar Bayard and CB 72. Spoon has the same markings, but the number could be 78.

Two other sets are available as are additional similar pieces. Please contact me with your interest.
