We mainly use UPS , DHL eCommerce, FedEx for the shipping of goods depending on the amount and days that you have ordered. If you want the goods quicker you can always opt for express shipping which can deliver the parcel in 5-7 working days.
The processing of the order takes around 1-2 Days to get it ready for shipping.

Exchange and Return Policy :-

If due to some reason the customer is not satisfied with the product received then he/she should inform us within 24 hours of the delivery and can exchange the ring for same ring or any other ring in the shop of the same price range. But the ship back costs are incurred by the customer. Also the item should be sent back to me within 7-10 days of the delivery.
All custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled as we have changed our item according to the customer's specifications.

1. The best way to prevent tarnishing is to store clean, dry sterling silver in a dry airtight container, like a ziplock bag.
2. An anti-tarnish strip with the silver jewelry in a ziplock bag will help fight against tarnish.
