• Hanging Options:
You have five hanging options that you can choose from the drop-down menu.

>>Our 2" Pole pockets have approximately 1" circumference and can be used with up to 1" diameter poles. Our 4" Pole pockets have approximately 2" circumference and can be used with up to 2.5" diameter poles.

• How to Order:
1- Choose your banner size from the drop-down menu
2- Choose Hanging Option from the drop-down menu
3- Add your personalization in the note box
-Person Name (Optional)
-Person Age (Optional)
-Any other Custom Text (Optional)
-Or you can write "No Personalized" if you don't want to be personalized.
4- If you want to add photo please attach it in the Etsy Message.
5- Add your cell phone number (We will text you only when we did not receive your approval for preview.)

•Turnaround and Shipping
Please be advised After placing the order, you will receive an email that includes a proof image that we will need your approval to print. After your approval, the production and shipping take 8-10 business days to receive the item with regular shipping method. ($15). If you need rush order please select Expedite Shipping ($29) when you order.

-Please let me know If you live in Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Flat rate shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $70.

• Please open the package right after you received it and check the product. If there is any damage please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for any damage that it causes to the banner after one week you receive the package.

• We are not responsible for any lost item after UPS or FedEx marked delivered. You need to open a claim by UPS or FedEx.

• Colors may vary slightly from your computer screen to the actual print. This is due to differences in color calibration. This is normal and does not affect the quality of the finished product.

• Cancellations: We are not accepting cancelation and refund after your approval of the proof image. We are not accepting return items since this is a customized product. If we work on your design and you want to cancel it after we did the design and changes, Then we kept $35 and refund the rest balance.

• COPYRIGHT: Please note that you are paying for our design service and my time spent designing and customizing your item, which is permitted on a one-time PERSONAL USE only basis. The item cannot be resold or given away. All copyrights and trademarks of the character images used belong to their respective owners and are not being sold and we DO NOT claim ownership over them. This item is not a licensed product.

•Stand and poles are not included.
