- Hand wash separately in warm water with a small amount of dissolved, gentle pure soap, shampoo or wool wash. - When washing gently massage the item – do not wash vigorously or it will felt more and shrink in size. Ensure rinsing and washing water is the same temperature. - A dash of vinegar in the final rinse water is helpful. - Very gently wring out the water or use an old dry towel to blot excess moisture being aware that some dye run may occur. - Reshape exactly how you would like it to be and dry flat or over a railing in a shady area.

We ship the goods within 1-3 days unless something else is written in the product description. Usually, we ship first class airmail, if you need faster delivery - contact me. It usually takes: North America: 3-7 business days Europe: 2-4weeks Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks North Africa and the Middle East: 3-5 weeks Sub-Saharan Africa: 3-5 weeks I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. 1. In case of return for any reason except our fault, we return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions. 2. Refund will be made only after we get our item back 3. No refunds for custom orders. 4. No refunds for items from section craft supplies and Sale. 5. No refunds after 45 days from purchase moment. 6. No refunds for unclaimed packages. We can send packages like these one more time at the expense of the buyer.
