The issue policy of the return and refund:
-The package that was return to me (to the sender) because of "Unclaim",the customer will pay the shipping cost again to me for resending the package at the second time. When you buy already my products, no refunds but can exchange only.

-If the package get lost on the way, "Only as the buyer's fault or mistake!",or if you don't receive the package over 2 months after the package sent From Thailand, I appreciate to refund all the money.

All packages will ship via Thailand Post registered Airmail Post signature confirmation, that have the tracking number to ensure safe shipping. The international shipping process take time about 2-4 weeks after the shipping date.

**Shipping Policy for American Customer:
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please then allow a few days for your tracking information to update on website. Thailand post will show the last local update at the date that the package was shipped out from Thailand and then the customer can use tracking number check at www.usps.com for details. USPS will only attempt a delivery twice, so please track your package and make arrangements if you are unable to be there. If someone is not at the location to accept the package, it may be returned to sender after one attempt depending on the delivery service. Please allow 2-4 weeks for standard shipping.
