We do accept custom and personalized orders!
You can send us a message with a personalized item you want from the store with specific finish, beads, length etc. and we'll make it for you!
We usually ship the same day or following day, so if you want to change or cancel any order, do it as soon as possible.
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or changed.

We usually ship our jewelry in a small clear plastic bag and tissue paper in a poly bubble envelope.
For 2 or more items we ship them in a craft box and a poly bubble envelope.

We do not recommend to sleep with our jewelry or wear them in the water or wear them at the gym.
Most of our jewelry are made of gold plated over brass so it is better if you don't take a shower, put lotion or perfume with them.
They won't tarnish easily if you take care of them.
Wear them after you put any lotion or fragrances and when you don't wear them try to keep them in a jewelry box or pouch.

We do not recommend to wear our jewelry if you have sensitive skin.
Our costume jewelry are usually made of gold or silver plated over brass or stainless steel so you might be sensitive to these material.
We are not responsible for any sensitive skin reaction to our jewelry so if you don't like the material or you think it can cause any allergy we have a 7 days return policy.

We only ship to the US with USPS first class mail and we always offer a tracking number. First class mail takes about 3 to 5 days to arrive at its destination.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or any item that is delivered but not received.
In that case try to call your local post office and ask them the details about that delivery.

Please always check your address before placing any order.
Try to provide a confirmed USPS address. We are not responsible for any packet shipped to unconfirmed address.
