Since we all have different types of hands and fingers and sometimes get fluctuate, we highly recommend measuring your size a few different times before deciding on your final size.
IF THE BUYER CHOOSES WRONG SIZE THERE IS A RE-CAST FEE ON ANY RING THAT CAN NOT BE RE-SIZED (eternity rings, wide bands, textured rings, etc). Also please notice: that a wide ring usually might fit tighter on your finger so you can order the slightly larger size.

For any particular resizing case there may be exceptions and we recommend consultation with our specialist.

-Jewelry with gems: please educate yourself about your desired stones. Some stones have characteristics you need to consider before you go ahead with your order.
Find out how your desired stone will react to excessive sun, chemicals, showering, and labor-intensive activities, and then make your decision.
-Once per year or better once per 6 months you'll need to inspect your rings (gold is a soft metal and with everyday wear, it might get damaged, which may cause stone loss, metal breaks, etc.).
-Silver jewelry with rhodium cover and gold plating: in a while silver rings might get tarnished even with a gold cover. You can clean it with steam at your local jewelry repair. DON'T try to clean it with any hard brushes, you might damage covering.

Items must be shipped with full value insurance (if uninsured Items are lost or stolen in the Mail we're not responsible for the replacement of your jewelry), tracking and require signature on delivery. Buyer pays for return shipping.
Ordering the wrong size may result in extra fees if the ring needs to be sent back because of it.

The “K” stands for karat, which represents the percentage of pure gold in the metal alloy. Because pure gold is very malleable, jewelers mix it with other alloys to make it more durable and harder. Needless to say, 24k gold is rarely used in jewelry because it's too soft.
