I strongly advise to not soak or rub the vinyl abrasively as smaller vinyl pieces and sharp corners are prone to lifting. Cute design, I love Lotso and the personalization was correct, shipped quickly, it changes color! The cup is not an authentic Starbucks cup as the brand name appears in the item title, to be fair the item description doesn’t claim it is Starbucks so that was all my mistake. :) I would recommend this shop to anyone and appreciate the customer service from Veronica. Thank you!

I ordered this for my 9 year old daughter (she’s obsessed with lotso) for Valentine’s Day and she LOVES IT!!! I was so excited when it got delivered I couldn’t wait another two days to give it to her!
