"The Glen" is an Open Edition Giclee Art Print from a watercolor featuring a Glen of Imaal Terrier dog named Peeps (CH SirBlu's Piccolo Peep). Glens are often called the "un-terrier" because of their laid-back temperament and they are not as hyperactive as many other terrier breeds. Like its three Irish cousins, they were bred to rid homes and farms of vermin, and also hunt fox and badger. And according to legend, the Glen of Imaal was also used as a turnspit dog -- to turn spits of meat over a fire for cooking -- a kind of canine-propelled rotisserie wheel. They are a truly unique and remarkable breed, beloved by most everyone fortunate enough to come into contact with one.

This art print is created on archival paper and looks and feels like the original watercolor. Each Giclee print is created and hand signed by me, the artist. I inspect each print to insure it is the highest quality and packaged flat in a plastic sleeve. My artist's bio is included and can be attached to the back of the framed print.

The watermark will not appear on your print. Prints are not matted or framed. All of my artwork is protected under copyright laws and may not be reproduced in any manner without my permission.

Giclee prints are generated from high resolution digital scans of original watercolors and printed with archival quality inks onto fine art archival paper. The quality of the Giclee print rivals traditional processes and is commonly found in museums and art galleries. With proper care and handling, your print will last for generations to come.
