Lapid pottery in Tel Aviv, Israel from the 1950's-1970's made some of the most amazing modernist pottery, with exceptional patterns, glazes and forms.

Their work is now highly collectable. It seems to fit in somewhere between West German Pottery and Scandinavian Pottery. It was imported to Australia, U.S.A. and Europe in large volumes in the 1960's along with West German pieces.

This piece is a small candleholder/bottle 8cm high x 8.5cm in diameter at the widest.
