Bakelite Kodak Brownie Hawkeye Flash from 1950s.

This is a great looking camera!

The Brownie Hawkeye Flash was produced from 1950 - 1961.

This one has a date code of "CARM" which indicates manufacture in December of 1953.

During the 50s, America was steaming head first into a new age, and it was captured forever by regular folks with Kodak cameras just like this one.

This camera features:

*Bakelite Body

*Takes 620 Roll Film (120 With Adapter)

*2 1/4" X 2 1/4" Images

*Rotary Shutter

*Brilliant Viewfinder

*Meniscus Lens

*Plastic Hand Strap

I have not tested this camera with film but all parts appear to work as they should.

It has been tested in instant and timed modes and worked very well.

There are some signs of age and use, but it is in very nice shape.

The lens and mirror are clear but could use in interior cleaning if to be used.

This would look great on display and would make a fine addition to any collection!
