Where is my USA domestic order?

All orders within the US have tracking via Pitney Bowes and are shipped via The United States postal service. No orders are refunded due to shipping problems. Please contact me if you have not received your order within 14 shipping days from when the order was shipped. You will have received an email from Etsy with tracking info when it is shipped.

International Orders Shipping Policy

TRACKING: All International orders (outside USA) totaling over $100 must be sent with tracked shipping. Orders placed with no tracked shipping will be canceled and refunded. Tracked orders that have not shown shipping updates in 30 days may be replaced via First Class Mail. UNTRACKED: Orders under $100 will be sent via untracked mail unless otherwise upgraded by the buyer. Buyer assumes risk for lost mail. Untracked international orders will not be replaced or refunded. For questions about shipping, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Lost Orders under $25, USA only

Will not be refunded. If the tracking shows DELIVERED, the order will not be replaced. You may get a discount if you want to place the order again. Please send me a message for the discount code. If the tracking is not updated as DELIVERED within 14 days of the shipping date, the order may be replaced when a second order is placed, which means the shipment will include items from your first order and second order together. You may get a discount if you want to place the order again. Please send me a message for the discount code. If order was returned to sender, buyer may be partially refunded, minus the cost of shipping. If the buyer wants the order shipped again, a reshipping fee will be applied unless buyer places a second order.

The colors of printed stickers and other items are not guaranteed to match the colors shown on your screen due to differences in your device screen settings or brightness. Thank you.

Lost Orders over $25, USA only

Orders over $25 in value may be replaced if lost in transit. Orders are not refunded in any case. If the order's tracking is marked as DELIVERED, the order will not be replaced. If the order's tracking is not updated or marked as Delivered, then the order will be replaced. The second shipment will be sent as first class flat mail, standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Canceling an order, Change of Address

Orders may be canceled if not processed. Once orders are being processed, it cannot be canceled. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Change of address can be admitted when orders are pre-processed or processing. To start a change of address, please message me using Etsy Messages requesting the change of address. Please provide your order number for verification. Once orders are shipped, no change of address may be admitted. MGStickersandmore is not responsible for lost mail.

"HELP! My tracking shows pre-transit several days after shipping!"

All orders are sent via the USPS. USPS does not offer tracking for first-class letter mail and flats. If you selected this method at check out (Cheapest option), then your mail was sent using Pitney Bowes Metered mail, a service that is a third party to the USPS. PB generates an estimated delivery timeline when the metered mail is scanned at USPS sorting centers. Most local post offices do not have a sorting machine, and so if the mail doesn't pass through a large sorting hub with working machines, it may not show as scanned. Your local post office also cannot scan a PB number or track it from the counter. It can only be tracked using the PB website, or Etsy app. Please message me if your order is missing 14 days from day shipped.

"HELP! My tracking shows DELIVERED but I did not receive the order!"

STANDARD SHIPPING (cheapest option) Your first class mail was sent using Pitney Bowes Metered mail, a service that is a third party to the USPS. PB generates an estimated delivery timeline when the metered mail is scanned at USPS sorting centers. Therefore, sometimes they estimate that it will arrive by Monday for example, but the local post office may be late or understaffed and not sort and deliver until Tuesday or even Wednesday. However, PB will automatically update the tracking to show delivered on Monday. Please wait a few more days to see if it arrives. Orders under $25 will not be replaced. Orders over $25 can be replaced if tracking does not say DELIVERED 14 days from shipping date. UPGRADED SHIPPING orders can be replaced.

STANDARD SHIPPING (cheapest option) This is the slowest shipping speed. Most orders arrive in 5-7 days, with some taking as long as 10 days. After 14 days, if the tracking is not marked as delivered, please message me for options on replacement if your order qualifies. UPGRADED SHIPPING I offer two upgrades, first class USPS tracking and Priority Mail. First Class arrives in 3-7 days. Priority mail arrives in 2-4 days depending on your state. If you need your order within a week, please select one of the upgraded shipping options.
