Handmade sweater guard clip made with clear rhinestone buttons. The clips are connected by a strand of silver-toned chain.

Sweater guards were an essential in the 1950s, and they're still a useful and cute accessory! Use it to hold your cardigan in place over your shoulders, or just as a decorative piece of jewelry, wearing your sweater with the arms in the sleeves.

Measurements:
Clips: 3/4"
Chain: 4"
Total: 5 1/2"
(Need a longer or shorter chain? Just include a message in the "Note to Seller" box at checkout to let me know what length you need! I can also add a second strand of chain upon request.)

This sweater clip was made with buttons, the shanks/loops having been removed from the backs. Therefore, there may be signs of the removal of the shank on the buttons on the backs only (i.e. scratched metal--I do make sure to photograph the backs, so please see all of the photos!). This will not affect the functionality of the item, and is visible ONLY on the back of the clip, which will be against your sweater/top.
